Responsibilities:
- Develop relationship with potential agents, design institutes, decoration companies, main-contractors, etc;
- Selling products through presentation;
- Following and joint following project, achieve the sales target set up by the company;
- To follow up real estate developer;
- Report to area sales manager; keep the company informed of the business progress;
- On-site technical support for the customers;
- Building project agents network and mapping for Market.
Job Requirements:
- At least college or above.;
- At least about three years relevant working experience;
- Good PC skill, work with accuracy and team work-orientated.
Location: Nanchang

1. 和潜在的客户，设计院，装修公司，工程承包商等发展保持良好的关系；
2. 参与跟踪项目，已达成销售目标；
3. 跟进房地产开发商，发掘潜在项目；
4. 为客户提供现场技术支持；
5. 搭建经销商网络。
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.三年左右销售经验，有涂料，建材等相关行业工程销售经验者优先，熟悉江西及周边地区涂料建材工程市场优先；
3.基本的英语能力及良好的办公软件操作能力；
4.性格开朗，稳重踏实，善与人沟通。
