岗位职责：
1. 找寻潜在的经销商，通过各种正式的途径展示我们的调色技术，以确保我们调色中心取得应有的效果；
2. 执行所有和调色中心相关的工作，比如新中心的开张、样品陈列式更新、店面陈列等等；
3. 管理，维护分析调色中心的数据，比如调色中心业主的数据、调色中心的形象、产品销量、销售增长潜力、优势弱势等。
4． 及时提供并分析竞争对手的市场动向，以便于调色中心在零售渠道开拓更有效更吸引人的活动。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.五年左右销售经验，有涂料，建材等相关行业工程销售经验者优先；
3.基本的英语能力及良好的办公软件操作能力；
4.性格开朗，稳重踏实，善与人沟通。
工作地点：上海或广州
Job Responsibilities:
- Map to identify potentials for Dealers and Multicolor Centre appointment in all states through the use of effective mapping techniques to ensure the targeted number and the quality of Multicolor Centers will be achieved;
- Execute all tasks related to Multicolor Centers and their development e.g. official opening & launches, showroom renovation, display of shop signage, shop-front image, official Sales & Purchase agreements, special Multicolor Centers promotional schemes etc;
- Monitor, maintain, and analyse Multicolor Centers’ data, e.g. Multicolor Centers owner’s data base, owners’ profiles, product sales performances, sales growth potential, strength and weakness, etc.; and to co-ordinate with the Marketing department to develop & implement dealer promotional campaigns for Multicolor Centers in the retail segment;
- Provide timely feedback on competitors’ activities & their analyses thereof, so as to develop attractive & effective campaigns for Multicolor Centers in the retail segment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 5 years' sales working experience;
- Good at Mandarin and English, both oral and written;
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.
