3.Attend the relevant training that Land Rover distributes, pass the training information to the dealers' technical engineers combining the region's character and technicians' level.
4.Access the dealers' technicians.

6.Organize the dealers' technicians to attend the competition.
7.Translate some of the technical materials from Land Rover company and/or PAG China

Education：Associtae college degree at least
Major：Automobile or relative major．
Job experience：At least two year experience in the automobile industry.
Additional Qualifications：High level maintenance and service and repair　Detailed description and analysis of varied test results,
Know how to operate most auto maintenance apparatus and keep them in good conditions．
Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office applications．
Personal Competencies：strong interpersonal skills
a high level of communication & time management skills
a high standard professionalism and presentation
Ability to cope with stress
Capacity for teamwork.

2001 年 12 月11日，也是中国正式加入 WTO 的同一天。
为了全面深入和拓展主营业务——路虎系列产品的进口、销售、售后服务及备件供应，2002 年 10 月，北京惠通陆华严格按照路虎在全球的统一标准，向国内的路虎车爱好者提供了一个国际标准的汽车展示、整车及备件供应、售后服务的窗口，开辟了路虎进入中国进口车市场的新纪元。2006年3月17日，惠通陆华路虎杏石口4S销售服务中心也宣告成立，它是集整车销售、配件供应、维修服务、信息咨询为一体的亚洲规模最大、档次最高的路虎旗舰店之一。目前，公司已经在北京、天津、重庆、山西、陕西、山东、新疆、甘肃、宁夏、四川、内蒙古、河北等地投资建成 13 家路虎 3S 销售服务中心，其在华北、西北、西南地区的营销服务网络正日趋完善。
与此同时，坐落在天津港保税区占地面积1万平米的整车配件物流中心及天津市区的4S服务中心也即将投入使用。
