种蛋管理
产蛋箱的适宜管理和有效的种蛋消毒程序，会生产出优质的种蛋。
．收集和包装种蛋的工作人员应经常清洗和消毒双手。
．定期收集棚架和地面蛋，不要将其留作种蛋。
爱拔益加育种公司建议收集种蛋时使用粗雾消毒液喷洒所有蛋集。要确保每个种蛋表面完全著有消毒液。
如有可能，遮盖运种蛋的滑车，以避免灰尘落在潮湿的种蛋上。
使用纸浆蛋盘时，应在装蛋前，用消毒液喷淋每一个蛋盘。要确保每苹种蛋的下端都经过消毒。包装时蛋盘和种蛋都应晾乾。
务必使用乾净的塑料蛋盘或崭新的纸浆蛋盘，防止鸡场之间的疾病传播。
注意∶有些消毒剂 ( 例如季胺混合剂 ) 会影响孵化率。使用前应测试全部的消毒剂。
爱拔益加育种公司技术服务代表会提供喷洒消毒程序的演示和其它的消毒方法。
．种蛋一定要大头朝上摆放。

．1%H2O2 ( 双氧水 )通常双氧水有 50%或30%两种溶剂。
50%ˉ用385 。
30%ˉ用650 。
．0.05%醋酸
醋酸通常有20%或5%两种溶剂。
20%ˉ用 50 。
5%ˉ用190 。
．30 季胺混合液
( 12.2%活性成分 )
．溶剂的其馀部分为洁净的水。<--mstheme-->
种蛋储存
．将种蛋置於 18℃存放，以降低胚胎发育速度并减少细菌感染。
．种蛋存放室应保存 18℃，相对湿度 75%。如果种蛋储存的时间较长，储蛋温度还应略低些。
经常清洗、消毒并熏蒸储蛋室，保证室内空气流通。
种蛋表层出现水气凝结时，病原微生物就较容易进入蛋体内部。因此要保持正确的温度和湿度，防止此问题的发生。
假定种蛋储存温度为 18℃，下列图表列出了与温度相关的相对湿度，超过此限值种蛋表面就会产生水气凝结。
